Do I need to be Vaccinated?
Country Bright is an outdoor event and does not require proof of vaccination.
How can I purchase tickets?

Can I exchange my ticket for a different day or time?
As a current ticket holder, you have the ability to exchange your tickets for any available timeslots or alternative dates on your own using the Exchange Tickets button. This can be found by visiting your invoices page when logged into your Showpass account. Instructions on exchanges can be found here.
Please note, if you checked out as a guest you will need to refer to your original purchase confirmation email to claim your tickets to a Showpass account before you can proceed with the exchange. More info on claiming tickets can be found here.
Tickets can not be exchanged within 24 hours of your scheduled show time. Exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer.
What if I cannot come at the last minute?
Unfortunately tickets cannot be exchanged the day of the event.
Because of covid restrictions, and adhering to health safety protocols, we cannot resell your ticket, and we do not provide refunds. Sorry!
What if I arrive early?
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Entry is only allowed at the specified time indicated on your ticket.
What if I arrive late?
We will do our best to honour your ticket by fitting you in on another time slot. However, we can not guarantee placement as we are under strict capacity limits. Please note, missed dates will not be refunded.
What can I do if the night I want to attend is sold out?
Since there is no onsite ticket booth this year, beat the rush and order your online tickets today!
Is the Park Wheelchair Accessible?
The walking path is on a hard-packed gravel road which is wheelchair accessible. Please note it is a farm property with some ruts and uneven spots. Since this is an outdoor winter event, we are also subject to winter conditions such as snow, ice and slush.
Country Bright accepts the Access 2 pass for free admission to aides and care-givers. Just present your card at check-in.
Is the Park stroller friendly?

What can I expect when I arrive?
Designated free parking will be available. Signage and attendants will be onsite to help direct you. Then you can proceed to the entrance and into the event.
How difficult is the walk throughout the event?
The event pathways are low impact, with some slight inclines. A nice walk for the whole family to enjoy!
Are pets allowed?
No, we ask you please leave your pets at home for this event.
How much time will I need?
Guest experience times will vary, but we recommend giving yourself 45mins to 1 hour to enjoy the event.
What is your weather policy?
The event is rain, snow or shine. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. However, if extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of visitors and staff, the event day may be cancelled. Check our website, social media channels and/or your email inbox for cancellation updates.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free at Country Heritage Park.
Where do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download each ticket. You can either download your tickets onto your phone or print them for presentation at the admission gate. Tickets will be presented and scanned for entry.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. Tickets are transferrable though so share them with friends or family if you are unable to attend.
Can I take pictures at Country Bright?
Yes. Photography and video recordings are allowed for personal use only. Please do not cross any fencing or touch the displays.
Are there on-site washroom facilities?
Porta potties are accessible at the start of the tour and midway through the tour. Hand sanitizer will be available and our facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Will there be any food served?
Yes, snack food such as popcorn and cookies, as well as hot chocolate and apple cider will be available for sale at our concession booth and warm-up shack (accepting debit and credit only; no cash transactions). We will also have food trucks and market vendors on site.
